Merchandise Return Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
For incorrect, damaged, and missing items, we can issue a refund or offer a replacement within 15 days of purchase.

If your order is damaged, please take photos of the items and email them to us.
Eligible items must be unused and in sealable condition. If you choose a replacement we’ll have it shipped to the original shipping address.
Credit for the returned items is applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. As soon as we receive your returned items, we will notify you via email. The refund will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is received by the fulfiller. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.
If the return is a result of our error, Klean Dew may compensate you for the return shipping fee. However, we will email you a return shipping label to place on the package to avoid shipping charges on your part.
